About Us Spin Collective was formed in 2007. We sell high quality vinyl wall stickers (as an alternative to wallpaper). We wanted a creative outlet to bring our own designs to the world and as a collective, high quality work from guest designers. With a combined experience of 15 years+ in graphic design/retail, we hope to bring affordable alternative design to the masses, whilst doing something we love. |Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, find a wall sticker you like and add any custom options e.g choose colour / sticker direction. Then add the item/s that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
** N.B Monitor colours can vary therefore the sticker colours shown on screen are only a representation of the actual vinyl colour. If you would like a free vinyl sample before you buy then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the colour/s that you are interested in. All stickers are special order items (made to order) and therefore are non-refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights. **
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and American Exptress payment as well as Paypal. Payment is taken via our secure Paypal credit card service.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Stickers : All orders are sent Recorded Delivery - UK Mainland £3.99, EU and Worldwide £9.99
All orders over £50 - FREE delivery Worldwide.
N.B Although it is extremely rare that any orders go missing, we realise that by the nature of our products, a late delivery can be disappointing to both yourself and the intended recipient. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, and as such are bound by their policies and procedures. Although the majority of 1st class deliveries arrive next day, they are not guaranteed next day. Therefore please allow the set days (see Delivery Schedule below) before contacting us should you think your order has gone missing.
If an item does go missing, we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait the following lengths of time before pursuing a claim:
First Class (and recorded) - 15 Days
International Deliveries - 25 Days
If, after this time, your item has still not arrived, we will pursue a claim with Royal Mail. In the mean time we will be happy to send you out a replacement item. (you will however be charged for the replacement and then refunded when the claim is recovered)
If your Recorded Delivery item doesn't arrive then please contact us and we will issue you your tracking number that can be traced via Royal Mail's website.
Stickers : UK 3-6 working days (Europe & International Up to 10 working days). Large orders may take slightly longer (please contact us if in doubt).
|Tax Charges Orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy If you order is damaged in any way then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Should you need to return any item please return it in the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take.|
