FAQ Button

1. Are Spin wall stickers removable?
Yes, with a little bit of care they can be removed easily without damaging the paint underneath. Just peel off carefully and for difficult stickers we recommend using a hairdryer on medium heat to soften the adhesive. N.B Our stickers are made to last and as such are not reusable.

2. How do i apply my Spin stickers?
Our stickers are very easy to apply. Please use the 'applying stickers' link above for our step by step wall sticker fitting instructions. All orders contain an instruction sheet as well as a free applicator.

3. What are your stickers made of?
They are made from 70 micron Matt vinyl. And as such fit flush to any surface giving the impression of a painted design and minimal glare reflection from lighting.

4. Where can they be used?
Any smooth wall/ceiling as well as any other smooth surface like doors and windows as well as glass (purchase the sticker mirrored if applying inside to be viewed from the outside). N.B Our wall stickers are not suitable for wallpaper as the paper underneath would be damaged upon removal and also textured/suede paint.

5. How will i know if the colour will match exactly what i require?
If you are unsure, please request a vinyl sample via the 'request vinyl sample' link above to be certain before purchasing your sticker.

6. Can you make a specific sticker size for me?
Yes, please e-mail us before making an order and we can certainly try to accommodate!

7. Do you do bespoke designs?
For custom signs and wall quotes please use our Custom Lettering, Wall Quotes and Signs maker. For more detailed designs please e-mail us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote.

8. Can i return my wall sticker if i am unhappy with it?
Unfortunately no. All stickers are specially made to order and therefore are non-refundable. If your sticker is damaged upon delivery, please return it in the same condition and we will send you a new sticker upon receipt.

9. What are your P&P charges and do you deliver internationally?
Postage is £3.99 for UK mainland | £9.99 for Europe and International. All orders over £50.00 are free post regardless of location.

10. How long will delivery take?
For UK mainland delivery is usually 3-6 working days from placing your order. For international please allow up to 10 days.

11. How will the stickers be delivered?
For UK mainland by 1st class recorded delivery. For everywhere else by Royal Mail International AirMail (Small Packet signed For). All orders are despatched in high quality postal tubes and are yet to have one returned damaged.

wordpress blogNEW PRODUCT :: WHAT DO AN APPLE, MARGARITA AND A SPIRAL STAIRCASE...
Blog update
3 new wall stickers added this week and I can’t find a link between them. Well, it was actually 4 but the 4th is a set of reindeers and we don’t want to start banging on about Christmas already ! Anyway, first up we have an Apple chalkboard (which is pretty self explanatory), then a Cocktail wall sticker set featuring a couple of cocktail glasses and the instructions/ingredients for a Cosmopolitan (one of our favourites) and a Margarita (well, we’ll drink anything!). Lastly we have a spiral staircase wall decal which can be altered to suit the height of the wall! We hope you like them! p.s an update on the reindeer nearer Christmas!

We’re on Google+. That pretty much sums up this post! Being a small business having all the new social media sites starts to become a bit of a headache, as it ends up being a trade off as to what we need to be on and what we want to be on. We’ve finally got round to adding a Google+ page and we’re gonna see how it goes….. the problem is we still love Pinterest. Anyway, for what it’s worth our page is here! Follow us and try and convince us it’s the new Facebook!

Blog update
Just a quick update as we mentioned Pinterest on our last post (Google+). For anyone new to Pinterest, you can follow us here. If you aren’t already on there then give it a go, it’s quite addictive. What, you’re already on enough social sites…? Well, we hear you but Pinterest is a visual tool so you don’t have to do a lot of typing. It’s ideal for projects or mood boards where you can collate all your images that you find in one place (like an online scrapbook). It’s great for things like collating themes for doing up different rooms in the house and there’s also loads of cool geeky stuff (not that we’re geeks of course!). Anyway, give it a try, you might like it! Pinterest.
